Demographic Analysis of National Sports Teams

This project examined the core demographic makeup of USA, China, Italy, and Spain national teams over a 40-year span.
To build the dataset, I extracted and joined two separate databases, applying SQL queries to filter, transform, and consolidate the relevant columns.
The cleaned data was then loaded into Power BI, where I developed interactive reports to surface demographic trends and patterns across countries and time periods.

House Price Predictive Model

This project aims to predict house sale prices by identifying highly correlated housing features using multiple linear regression.
By leveraging this model, we can determine which factors have the most significant impact on home values, enabling more informed market strategies.
